Quite possible it was delayed. Last month was. If you graduated this past spring semester, last month was your last allowable stipend payment.

I also haven't been paid yet. I was just told supposedly that they will pay for July on the August stipend date, but it took repeated ugly emails to accomplish that.

Probably the third Friday (August 19th). Don't know for sure, but it's usually paid out the third Friday each month.
