I did see in last years thread there were emails stating that someone did not make it they also said there were even more awards later in the month which were possible to recieve. Probably if people turned down their initial award.

This notification is the only thing that has been on my mind all day. I feel super confident after my interviews but its all up to the funding/need issue of the DoD. So my mind is going back and forth all day with possible scenarios. I know everyone else is just as anxious as I am. I am pretty sure the instant somebody gets an email, it will be posted on here like a plague. Best of luck everyone!

Why does this surprise you? If they knew they'd send out the emails today, they wouldn't have said "onor about April 9th". We won't know anything until the emails go out or newbies can log in to the awards site.

I mean yeah there was the "on or about April 9th" which was fine, because that made it seem like on April 9th or within a couple days. I guess to me "early April" seems like a much wider span of time, which at this point I feel like they should have a smaller time frame for us.

Yes, same for me. I tried twice even. Well maybe we'll eventually get it then continue from there. I have a couple acquaintances at USF...maybe more of a group affiliation. More to come on that when we finally get registered.
