Hello, I was just wondering if the first round awardees have had all their documents reviewed and approved on the portal? Also, if any first round awardees have had their award rescinded? It's been awhile since I've heard from SMART and the silence worries me. Thanks!

I am a first-round recipient and currently have all of my forms approved in my portal. I don't think the silence is anything to worry about.

Literally none of my forms have been approved - round 1 recipient. Retention candidate though, so they probably pushed me to the back of the queue.

spoiler alert: the next few years will be radio silence from smart, followed by them blowin up your email demanding random papers. i like to send buzzfeed personality quizzes to them in lieu of phase 1 updates, i find that it perks them up.

if you can, try not to waste time worrying. it is a long road, simple but not easy. spend time on things that matter. like sleeping.
