Re: How to upload paperwork on new website
How do you know that it submitted? I did everything right and hit the submit button. It says submitted but it doesn't show up anywhere on the website and I didn't get an email. I did the update contact info and that shows up on the dashboard.Thanks.

Im just assuming that since it said submitted it worked, but I emailed them to see if they can verify it went through correctlyusername wrote:How do you know that it submitted? I just assumed it submitted as well. However, I'm not sure. The update my information form sent me an email so we'll see.

While it does say "submitted", some sort of confirmation would be nice. I submitted my files multiple times trying to get one but there isn't much to do but assume that it went through.
Me neither. IMO there wasn't anything wrong with the old portal. Everything you needed was on the left side menu. It's as if the new portal is more focused on colors and frills than actual functionality.CSMajor wrote:I don't like the new scholar portal
Re: How to upload paperwork on new website
I agree this new website is not as good. Hopefully in time it will get better. I wonder how much the government is forking over for this new contract when the last one was fine!!
Re: How to upload paperwork on new website
I would say the only benefit to this new scholarship stuff is when it changes hands next time the website itself will not have to change!! They have a lot of kinks to work out though.
