2016 cohort on-boarding call?

Have any of the members of the 2016 cohort received their on-boarding call from SMART yet? The handbook says this should be happening after completion of the site visit, but it's been a month and a half since my visit and no word from SMART. I'm curious because my tuition bill for the fall semester has just come in and I'm not sure how SMART/my school would like it handled.

When I did SMART, my onboarding call only happened a few weeks before classes started. Also, my school had a person who handled 3rd party payments and scholarships such as SMART in our financial/registrar's office. Basically my school billed SMART at the beginning of the semester and SMART paid the school late November for fall. I was responsible for only paying the difference, so I overpaid based on a guess from the 3rd party person on the first day of classes (when payments are due otherwise they drop all your classes) and got a refund when SMART actually paid.

I would contact your school's financial or regiatrar's office to see what they do.
