Work after college and Graduate school

If I want to go to medical school after graduation from college, do I have to work the two years the Scholarship covered before I go to med school (right after college)?

Typically, yes. Unless you get an SF that decides it's in their best interest to send you to medical school (highly unlikely). You'll need to carefully evaluate how a medical degree will fit in with the various SFs though, and sell yourself to them as being able to support their research somehow with your degree.
