Does anyone know what we do about submitting transcripts? On the award cover letter it says that they want a transcript for the 2014-2015 school year as soon as it is available... For people like me on the quarter system, we won't be done with this last quarter until June.

So I guess my question is: do we turn in a transcript now with the paperwork before the May 1st deadline or can we wait until we finish the year to send one in?

I'd send your current one in...there is no way you can get one for this quarter before the deadline obviously.

Doesn't it say submit as soon as is available? It doesn't have the May 1st deadline like the other paperwork. If I were you, I'd submit one now and one later. But for me, whose semester doesn't end until after May 1, I'll just be submitting at the end of semester.

How do we submit official transcripts electronically? Is it just to the regular smart.asee email?
