Hi guys,

I recently received an email from SMART saying that we had to turn in an official transcript to their offices by 30 days after the end of term. Unfortunately, I can't find the email anywhere and don't know the address to which we send transcripts! If anyone can help me out with this address it'd be greatly appreciated.

My Transcript reminder said to have the university mail to the address at bottom of email which I have listed below.
