I've submitted all the necessary awardee tasks, but they haven't all been processed and approved. Do they need to be approved prior to April 15 for everything to be considered complete? What are the ramifications for not having everything completed?

They need to be submitted, not necessarily approved. There are no ramifications if it is clear you’ve submitted all of the required documentation as requested.
