FAFSA

Hey guys this might seem like an obvious question, but I just wanted to make sure... We are not supposed to fill out the Fafsa, correct? Because that would be accepting other forms of aid from the government, 'double dipping'. And I cna see no other reason to, I mean if you didn't fill out the fafsa, it wouldn't affect siblings either right?
