When (will I?) get my official offer letter from my SF?

I'm a Phase 1 Scholar getting ready to graduate this summer. I still haven't received my offer letter from my SF.

Is this normal or is this a DOGE thing? I believe according to the memo that went around in March, if they can't give me an offer or onboard me in 6 months, then I no longer have a service obligation?

Any other end of Phase 1 Scholars get their offer letters?

Have yet to receive mine as well. I am in a DoD Army component.

DoD hiring freeze was extending to July 15th recently, probably why you haven't gotten an offer yet. Exemptions are few and far between from what I've seen. You are correct about 6 month and service obligation being forgiven; hopefully hiring freeze is lifted during these 6 months but who knows.

I’m in the same boat. Just ask your SF where you stand in the hiring process. Mine has been very clear that they cannot hire me during the freeze.
