Does anyone know should we be reaching out to schedule travel for the site visits or will SMART?

My SF reached out to me to ensure the date that they were planning the site visit would work for me. Mine did all the SMART scholars for my SF at once which was nice because I met people and got to know them -- now we're living together.

I think that it is our responsibility to coordinate travel with the SF. SMART just provides the funding, they don't handle logistics.
