Hello,
I have a question regarding last stipend before your start date with the SF. I've heard it takes a month to start getting paid from the job start date. So here is my question. If my start date in September 28th, will I get a stipend mid October for September 1-28 prorated? I've just received a stipend mid September for the full amount and was wondering if I'll receive a stipend in October for the prorated rate. Thank you in advance.

SMART cannot provide any payment after you have started working, and don't prorate. If your start date is Sept 28, your last stipend will be the September payment you already received.

Correct! For example, I began working July 6 and my last payment was June. I notified SMART the moment I signed the employee agreement in July; they responded with some paperwork I needed to fill out, and that stopped all future payments.

My group got a payment from SMART our first month, but we started 8/17, so 8/19 was stipend. We did not start at month start.
