Graduating early

Post by madison »

Since internships have been waived this summer, and I am taking classes, my graduation date has moved up a semester. What do I need to do to let SMART know of this change?

Have you filled out a new Educational Work Plan? I'd do that then submit it as an award adjustment. All of this done through the Awardee Portal of course.

Yes, you will need to submit a service agreement amendment request (SAAR) form, an updated work plan, you need to email your sponsoring facility about the change, and get a signed letter form your academic advisor. Especially if your service commitment will change!!
