Tuition Letter

When is the letter posted for giving to the school for the tuition to be paid? The lady from the onboarding call mentioned we are supposed to get a letter to give to the school's billing department about mid-July, but I have received nothing yet. Any inside information from people who have been through this?

I was told mid-July, nothing more specific than that.

I received mine last summer on July 19th but didn’t receive on yet for this year.

I emailed yesterday was told August 1st.

For the 2018-2019 year SMART had emailed me the copy of my cover letter as well as including it under the Scholar Login under "My Documents".
After an email to SMART last week they told me my cover letter is available solely via the "My Documents" in the Scholar Login so I would suggest checking your account to see if your copy for the 2019-2020 year is there.

They put them up on the portal as of July 18th (they did for me at least).

I have just received a letter from the Arsenal,do they have a PR department,which says that if we have to play in the Europa league then because of the extras games the cup credits will be extended to 10 per season.
They have no idea I am seriously thinking of only renewing two and not three.
