What’s with all the weird Russian or Ukrainian posts?? Russian hackers?

I clicked one of the forums by accident, am I about to be sold on the black market?

For whatever reason, this forum was hit with a wave of spam (which happens sometimes - I've been a moderator on a similar forum in the past). I sent a PM to the forum administrator about it, so hopefully it should be taken care of soon.
