Service Agreement (S.O.S.)

Hi all! I was filling out my award documents and came across a section for the Component Administrative Officer to sign in the Service Agreement. Do I need to get a signature there, or should I leave it blank and upload it? Please get back to me :)

Section 12 does not need to be filled out.
