So my major falls under Computational Sciences, but SMART has me listed as Computational Sciences and Computer Engineering. Would requesting a change cause the program to revoke my award?

This is listed under the "Request an Award Adjustment" under the discipline tab

Note: your award documentation lists your SMART discipline and not your major.

So you probably don't need to change anything.

FYI your field of study with the program is not your major.
