There seems to be some confusion as to how to send in documents that are required. Is there somewhere on the portal or do you just email everything that you need?

also yesterday I was able to see the documents that needed to be filled out now they're no longer on the left side of the screen

I am also experiencing this issue, it is worrisome.

They updated the site. Now you have to accept before you get to see the documents. I called SMART

Really? Are you sure? Seems kind of odd, the info in the documents is kind of necessary to know before accepting.
