Does anyone know of a phone number for the SMART office? I can't get an answer for the one listed on the website and need to get in touch with them.

I'm not sure why but my emails don't seem to be getting through, has anyone else had this issue? I use gmail and have been checking my spam folder for responses to no avail.

I sent one email to them and got no reply. The other email I sent was kind of my angry wording and got a reply the next day.

I got an answer from them on the phone number listed online at 2PM Eastern today, however was referred to a different number for current participants (I don't think it's published anywhere). I also haven't gotten answer back from any emails lately, similar to you. I wrote down 202-331-3544 from the call today, but haven't yet called it because I was told they would be out today, so I don't know what the answer success rate is for that number yet. Hopefully that helps you.

Called the number I was given literally a dozen times throughout the day and no answer. So, unfortunately it seems like all avenues to contact SMART will require persistence.

Got an email once from what I think may be a new guy because he left his contact information at the bottom of the email. You could probably call him until you get the information you need. His info is:
