Who is everyone's CA if you don't mind me asking? Mine is Susan and she is absolutely horrible at responding to time-sensitive subjects, and fails to read emails thoroughly even though I make it very clear what I am asking and the information I already know from the SMART handbook. She is painfully ignorant and in my opinion, incompetent.
Does anyone know if it is possible to switch CAs? I don't want to have to deal with this whenever I am confronted with a time-sensitive topic that needs a response from SMART.

I'm gonna tell you right now - switching CA's isn't going to help you. They're all like that.
