PCS Costs

SMART does not pay for relocation expenses. However I would like to ask if anyone's SF has paid them PCS (Permanent Change of Station) costs, particularly *retention* scholars who had their duty station changed when they went to/came back from their university. Has anyone looked into this?

US Army Corps did not pay PCS for me.

Back in 2010, my site paid me a relocation bonus when I was moving from school.
