2017 Annual Report

I logged into my SMART Award portal and clicked on the "Submitted Documents Status" tab. A section for Annual Reports showed up and it says that I did not submit the "2017 Annual Report", I was wondering what this is for?
I am also in Phase 1 currently.

On the SMART Scholarship Handbook in Section 8.3 it states: "SSPPs submit a Phase 1 Annual Report to the SSP on or before 1 June each year during phase 1. The Phase 1 Annual Report tracks and projects completion of degree requirements, projects number of internships, projects work start date, discloses outside funding, discloses outside employment, discloses health insurance information, discloses study abroad activities, and reports SSPP research,
achievements, and other activities"

I was wondering where I can find the Annual report? It's not listed under "Documents".

I don't see it under the "Documents" side panel, either. They will probably upload it once the due date approaches.
