Just a friendly reminder to make sure you document your interactions with SMART. This includes: maintaining proof that your transcript has sent from you university, take screenshots of your award portal showing your documents have been accepted/received, and anything else so as to minimize a headache for yourself.

Great advice! Just a few weeks ago I got an email from SMART saying I was in non-compliance for not sending my transcript in. Sent them a screenshot of an email thread a few months prior of them confirming they had received them. They immediately apologized and stated that I was in good standing.
