Leaving DoD Immediately After Commitment

Has anyone finished Phase II and immediately left their SF to go back to school or to work somewhere not in the DoD? How did this go over? I know they cannot do anything to prevent this but I am still curious.

I'm leaving early by two weeks and other than owing a small amount of cash to SMART, everything is going just like any other employee leaving the job.

I did this and didn't have any issues. I was a few days over the requirement.
