Does anyone have a better timeline on when award notifications will go out? I wanna say I heard the first week of May but I'm not sure if I was dreaming or not. I know that all the SF's had to have their picks in by the 15th of April. How long does it typically take after that?

Where did you hear about the SFs having to have their picks in by the 15th? I was just wondering. I havent heard anything recently about a deadline. Im however so nervous about the results so I really hope youre right.... AHH. Someone asked on their FB page about a revised deadline and they said the DoD didnt have anything to announce at this time.

I also heard that the awards will be given out in the first week of may.

Well, here's to another week of waiting... Sure, the first week of [whatever] typically means the first full week, but I was still really hoping for today. Since they have, historically, sent the emails on Fridays, I will continue to force myself not to check my email every 15 minutes until next Friday.
Margaritas, anyone?
