GPA evaluation process for graduate students

Hey guys,

I am applying to the program this year and I was wondering if anyone who already won the application can tell me something about the GPA evaluation process. I am graduate student who just finished his M.S. in a Top 5 engineering school and I am continuing on to PhD with the same advisor.
My grad GPA is: 3.67
My ugrad GPA is: 3.95 (From a top public school)

Will my grad GPA put me in a disadvantage or will the panel only focus on ugrad GPA? Please let me know. I am kinda nervous. Thanks.
