Dental School

Could I apply to this and use it to go to dental school, then upon graduating dental school, do the work for the DoD? Dental school is 12 months a year, for 4 years.

I could be wrong, but I don't think this program is focused on Dentistry. The DoD does have need for Dentists, but I don't think the sponsoring facilities associated with the program are hiring people from your profession. We civilians get our dental care from the private sector using government insurance.

You might have better luck looking into joining the military with a Dentistry degree. I think there are programs to pay off your loans in exchange for service commitment.
