Low GPA at previous Institution.

Hey Everyone,
I have been searching the forum and can’t find any insight into a particular question I have.
I currently have a 4.0 at my CC but I attended a different university a few years ago under a different field of study and had a low GPA - 2.7 I think. It was during COVID and had some family matters that needed addressing.
My question is I see you have to send a transcript for your current institution and then report previous institutions that you received credits from with GPA.
Would this disqualify me? If not, how bad does this look?
