How many SMART Scholars does each SF take?

I was wondering if anyone had any information on how many smart scholars each SF take. Does it depend or is it the same amount per SF. Thanks!

It I believe it depends solely on the SF. I was told that my number one SF received roughly 104 candidates and they could only have 10 SMART scholars, so they would have to narrow down that list.
