NSA

Although NSA is listed as a sponsoring facility, most SMART scholarships on this forum have been engineering focused. Has anyone received a scholarship for mathematics/computer science from NSA (eg cryptography)?

You might be better off applying for the IASP instead of SMART. The IASP is a scholarship supported my NSA.

IASP would be the better choice. NSA is currently not part of the SMART program, as they want only Comp Sci majors, and you have to be able to get a TS, while the SMART program only clears you to S
