Will my major disqualify me?

I recently discovered the SMART scholarship, and I was wondering if I qualify at all for it due to my major.
I am currently starting my MS at Georgia Institute of Technology as a Digital Media student in the College of Literature and Communications. However, my main interest in are Human-Computer Interaction. I have not received any grades so far, but my GRE scores are very low in both categories (Math-540, Verbal-630). I am going to retake them before applying.
I just completed my undergraduate studies in Industrial Design.
My credentials from my undergrad:
School: Auburn University
GPA: 3.81
ACT: 29 composite
My high school credentials:
School: Auburn High
GPA: 4.0
I'm sincerely appreciative of any feedback regarding my chances. Thank you ahead of time!
