So I have already submitted my application and was sitting around and thinking. I am not totally sure and/or confirmed about being a Biomedical Engineer anymore. Hypothetically, if I was to receive the award, would it be possible to change my major to Aerospace Engineering would the committee be okay with it, or is it not allowed.

As far as I know it is "almost" impossible, because you get selected based on SFs' need, meaning that if you get selected as a bio eng, is because that's what they need.
