Service Agreement
I'm in the 2015 cohort, and it appears my service agreement has been taken down from my award portal? I may have a copy somewhere saved on my laptop (not accessible to me right now), but I was wondering if other people had similar issues or knew where to get a copy of the service agreement. I wouldn't mind as much except that each service agreement is personalized and I'm seeing more and more bad experiences posted here.

Documents missing from the award portal is news to me. I haven't had that happen yet. It sounds like you should email your cohort administrator (CA) to see what the issue is. If you don't know who yours is, you can reach someone at smart@asee.org
Congrats on getting accepted. Just remember to keep a few months of rent, bills, etc in a buffer. SMART is notorious for not paying on time and you don't want to have to explain that to your landlord every three months.
