Has anyone actually gotten an email?

I got the award and my last name starts with "S" and first name with "M"

So if someone else who got the award could pitch in we'll know if they are doing it alphabetically..

Given it shows the deadline to accept/decline is April 23rd, and I believe you are supposed to get 2 weeks to decide, it is probable that they are still finalizing selections and won't send out official emails until April 8th as previously indicated could happen.

That a possibility coz no one has got an email yet.. Maybe it'll go out later in the day..

They could also be going by branch or SF name.

They might be updating the award page at random or by branch name. Official emails might go out once they are done with that..

Amon... I fear the same thing. However, we do not have a definitive answer yet. My last name is "E" first name "G" and I cannot log in. Good luck and possibly we will still get the scholarship yet.

I'm one of the ones that hasn't been able to log in...now when i log in it takes me to a different page and tells me "We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

My thought is that they didn't intend for people to learn about the reward through that portal. They then noticed increased traffic, saw what was wrong, and then took down the page so that no one else could use it to try to see early.

I logged in at 2 pm and it told me I have been chosen to receive the award. My first name starts with R and my last name starts with B. The base that I got the award from starts with an H. Hopes this helps any of you that are worrying. Goodluck! Also, I'm a first year college student so anyone who thinks they won't get it becuase they are young think again!

I can access my award letter (pdf) from safari's history.. Saved it to my computer, just incase..
