I declared a major in bio and a minor in psych and I was looking at this smart stuff, and thinking of applying. how many bio majors usually get in? it feels like its all aerospace engineering and computer engineers that get in to make tanks, planes, and ships...

I have a solid gpa and some volunteer hours, some community service, and the ability to get good lor's

I am also interested in this. I am doing my PhD in Immunology and I am not sure if this is something the scholarship is looking for.

The degrees they will fund are listed on the website. Pretty sure that biology is not one of them. Unless you want to make a case for Biomimetics or something.

I applied as a Biology major and I made it past the first round. So being a bio major doesn't exactly take you out of the running.

Biosciences is listed as a major. I'm getting in to work on a PhD in Molecular Biology. Depends on what an agency is looking for.
