General Essay Question

Should the essays, most specifically "Teamwork Experiences" and "Leadership Experiences," relate only to your experiences in college? Or can they relate to your experiences in high school as well. Additionally, if there is no person who can confirm your experience, is an activity still worth mentioning? For example, I was the president of the F.S.E.A. branch at my school during my senior year, but I have no one to confirm the experience. Is this worth writing about?

I'm a sophomore in college and I added some of mine, specifically my varsity sport and anything I had a leadership position in.
