SMART Scholarship Site Down?

All, I have been trying to access the SMART scholarship application for a week, but the site seems to be down. I receive an error message telling me that the site (www.smartscholarship.org) cannot be reached. Does anyone know if the site is down, or am I using the wrong address?

I am having no problems. It does redirect me to https://www.smartscholarship.org/smart, but that shouldn't be an issue.
