I see all you guys saying that you got emails back being notified you are semifinalists on the 5th. If I didnt get an email, does that mean im not a semifinalist?

I would say it is quite likely that you are not a semi, but could possibly be a runner up (I forget the terminology they use for it) meaning that they are still interested in you but only if a semi does not accept an award offer. Those emails could be sent out later.
