When would SMART give out the site visit allotment ? Is there "a day" where all of us get our allotment or is it given out just before the site visit date which obviously varies..

I need help with "Official Form 612 - Optional Application for Federal Employment". Its Section A: 1,2 and 3 asks for "Job title in announcement", "Grade(s) applying for" and "Announcement number". What's the first letter of your last name? I can see the award in the portal but I haven't received an email yet.

It's "S", first name starts with "M"

I never had an issue accessing the application portal. Couldn't access the award portal from late friday though.

I could access the application portal all along. Cant access the award portal from late friday though.

Slightly side topic- - Did anyone else *not* get a DOD phone call following the interview with the SF?? I did not. I did get a phone call from the Navy liaison from smart after my interviews but if you go through posts from previous years, you can find that only a very small subset gets the second ...

Yes.. in my case..

Got the email update. Official announcement would be next week !!

For people who could login previously, the award page and the links on the sidebar can be accessed from the cache/history.

I can access my award letter (pdf) from safari's history.. Saved it to my computer, just incase..
