Just curious if anyone else here has gotten a leave of absence and can share their experience? I'm in a similar boat and I don't yet know if I'll need to request one (as research progress can be very unpredictable), but I'm pretty worried that I'll need to.

Hi, I'm in Phase 1 from the 2012 cohort year. I see people saying there's paperwork due May 1...is that paperwork for new scholars? I didn't think I had anything due May 1. Thanks.

Anyone know if this is 50 miles by road or 50 miles by air?

I'm a 2012 Cohort recipient, and my service agreement says we get $1000/week during our internships. Is that only if we're more than 50 miles from our SF and do the internship travel request, or does everyone get that?
