My SF Starts a bachelors degree holder w/ at least a 2.95 GPA at GS-7 Step 10 with a 16% "Rest of US" locality adjustment. Ends up being like $57k in 2021, but i believe there is a little extra added on top for "special rates" for engineers.

Contact your SMART POC and your SF POC. They'll have you fill out a SAAR for an Award Length Increase. They will probably approve it: the DoD wants educated, contractually obligated employees, not dropout debtors.
