My SF reached out and told me the hope to have a job offer and start date for me by November. I was a particularly weird case though!

Question: does the amount of time you're stuck in Phase II limbo count toward your contract obligation? Redacted for personal information but basically it is possible to graduate in May and be still waiting on a tentative job offer in October.

The SMART scholarship’s website lists facilities by STEM discipline desired. Mechanical engineering is popular throughout a ton of facilities in all service branches.
