My SF reached out to me to ensure the date that they were planning the site visit would work for me. Mine did all the SMART scholars for my SF at once which was nice because I met people and got to know them -- now we're living together.

Call them, errors happen. Your SF decides what level clearance you need to have! Mine requires a TS/SCI clearance with MADO but other places might not require anything. Submit your High School transcript as well as your SAT/ACT scores. They may request fall transcripts after final grades are posted. As for how heavily they are weighted, I'm not sure since non-freshmen don't have to submit them.
