I graduated in May and just started. Looking through some of the paperwork they sent me, one of the HR ladies started signing stuff back in April, if that helps with the timeline. I also received my full August stipend, even though I thought that they were just going to give me two years of funding ...

JD1997, out of curiosity, did they assign you something totally different than what you had discussed with them? If the construction management they have you doing now is not what you signed on to do, talk with them. And if it is, then I guess all you can do is count your days until freedom.

I interned last summer at JBSA and it took them a butt long time to get cards to the interns. I was with a bunch of PCIP interns and they got full civilian cards because they were actually getting paid by the installation. I'm still waiting for my tentative offer. I can't believe it's taking this long. I heard a rumor that the SF has to hire you within 60 days of graduation, but I cannot get that confirmed by my coordinator. I am disappointed in how all this is playing out.

A few thoughts, that are hopefully helpful: My experience interning (Civil engineering, Air Force, JBSA) is that everyone is actually super laid back and will work with you to iron everything out after deadlines have passed.
