It may not mean anything, you could've been selected, but not interviewed.

My understanding (which was confirmed on my interview), is that it's not uncommon for SF to not notify candidates that they're selecting them for sponsorship with their facility (re: recommending them for the scholarship).

I got 1 interview from a SF, but I don't know if I got passed by other SFs without an interview. (Have no clue where I fell in the ranking.)

The way ranking was described to me was completely subjective to the facility. They get a list, but that list is so long that they then have to filter it based on their needs and what candidates fit their criteria. It also depends on if you've been selected by any other SF. You might find out that you were selected by multiple SFs, but without an interview for the others. My understanding is that SMART decides who goes where.
