I worked at Edwards for a while, so I heard about a lot of things going on at Eglin.

Sounds like it could be great; really depends on what your actual job is. Definitely not a dead end base that lots of people complain about.

Biggest thing to prepare yourself for--the unbearable weather. It's basically swamp.

like everyone else on here, I too am curious if anyone on here has served with the 96th Test wing (I'm an electrical engineering major). I just want to know what it is like, if you recommend it, or daily tasks.
