RTFF. If you'd read any of the other posts about leaving during Phase II (once you graduate you're Phase II) no one that has posted has yet to get any actual bills from SMART. There are several people that have left with varying amounts of time remaining, and differing levels of communication with SMART (some asked, some didn’t). The only real information that has come out is that they prorate your amount owed based on the time remaining. Therefore, you'd essentially owe your entire amount. There hasn't been any definitive information on how/when you'd get billed.

Has anyone withdrawn from the SMART program during or immediately after phase 1? To clarify, I mean that you've never stepped foot into your SF as a full time employee but you decided to leave the program and maybe accept another job.

When were you billed for "funds expended on your behalf" and were you required to pay it all in one lump sum?
