I have been trying to contact them for a month. Since the switch in management over the summer they have been completely MIA. They almost didn't approve my summer tuition request (mandatory for my program) even though I started the process over 2 months early. Now, I submitted a foreign travel notification document a month ago for travel in december. They emailed me a week ago saying they couldn't see it (even though when I opened the attachment in the email on my work computer, I saw all the information). I emailed it again and asked for confirmation of receipt in addition to speaking to someone on the phone. I've called and left messages multiple times over the past few months asking to speak to someone and no one has contacted me. It's unprofessional to treat us like this since they hold our careers in their hands
