Hello,

I'm looking at what Dahlgren advertises as starting pay for PhDs under the lab demo scale. (~$82k ad of Jan 2014). Can any current or former PhD scholars comment on whether they received the same starting salary as, apparently, the general public. Also, how do the promotions work in the demo system? Additionally, is the work rewarding?
